Hi. I’m Shelly,

MY MISSION IS TO ENCOURAGE WOMEN TO PURSUE THEIR DREAMS AND HAVE FAITH IN GOD.

Looking back on my own personal ‘rags to riches’ story has inspired and empowered me to help other women do the same. With God by our side, we are a force of nature to be reckoned with. Through my belief in God and his blessings for us, I strive to help women dig-in to who they are and the purpose they serve.

Have perseverance and faith. See it, believe it, do it!

Mission

Shelly’s mission is to encourage women to rise up in their strength and to create an inspiration for home living through her own past and her faith in God. She believes that God is always watching and making moves, even when we don’t realize it. It is our mission to bring hope to women, to encourage them to have perseverance and faith, to see it, believe it, and do it.

What Makes Shelly Different…

MULTI-FACETED APPROACH

While Shelly is completely self-taught, that doesn’t make her knowledge any less valuable. Through her teachings and her own experiences in purchasing, designing, building, and developing land and buildings, Shelly has what it takes to compete with the “big guys”. She holds a Class A Contractors license and is a Sediment and Erosion Control Manager, among other impressive accomplishments.

PHILANTHROPY

Much like her grandfather, Arthur, Shelly has a heart for giving back to her community and putting her faith and trust in God’s people and how she can serve them. Outside of Loving Arms Assisted Living and her various construction/real estate projects, Shelly also founded Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry in Warren County. Her mission in life is to reinvest in God’s people.

PERSONAL PERSEVERANCE

Empowering women and inspiring them to pursue their hopes and dreams is at the core of who Shelly is. Through her own trials and tribulations, Shelly has always placed her faith in God and trusted his plan. When life pushed her, she pushed back harder, and she overcame her battles to be where she is today. It is the ultimate goal to pass that mindset onto the people she encounters in life, to speak to women in faith and trust, and to give them hope.

“I have known Shelly for over 20 years, both as a friend and an employer. She is one of the most kind and compassionate people I know. She loves her family and friends with all her heart.

Shelly has such a big heart. She is also always willing to help someone in need. She not only helps during the holidays but all year long. It is a way of life for her. She loves the Lord and is always giving Him thanks. This is a rare quality in this world today. We should all follow her example.

On a professional level she is a wonderful employer. She is always courteous and respectful and willing to listen. Shelly is definitely not afraid of hard work. If she puts her mind to something it will definitely come to fruition. I have been witness to this more than once.

Shelly is a wonderful person and I feel so blessed to have her in my life.”

Have Questions? Need Help?

Meet with Shelly!

Shelly Cook is a lifetime resident of Warren County with a family heritage that runs deep. Her grandfather, Arthur Burke, helped develop and build Skyline Drive. Around the 1960’s, Arthur had purchased land that included 154 parcels. To honor his legacy, Shelly revitalized the project, Junewood Estates, and has begun developing the land into a riverfront community.

Prior to all of this, Shelly had hit a couple of rough patches along the way. In the early 2000’s, Shelly’s childhood sweetheart, husband, and father to her children, passed away in a tragic accident. Shelly was left with a small amount of money to take care of herself and her son, Jeremy. With little to her name, Shelly took a chance on herself.
